Hubbell Policies

DEFINITIONS Authorized User shall mean an individual with written permission from the P-Card Cardholder to use the P-Card for an appropriate transaction. Capital Items shall mean items that qualify for capitalization according to the Company’s Capitaliza tion of Property, Plant and Equipment Policy (FIN-07). Cardholder shall mean the individual whose name is stated on the P-Card and is responsible for monitoring all transactions made on the P-Card. P-Card or Procurement Card shall mean any procurement card issued under Hubbell’s P -Card program. SARF shall mean System Access Request Form which can be found on the C ompany’s intranet site and Okta application. System - Concur unless otherwise noted.
