DEFINITIONS

Performance Obligation shall mean each distinct promise to transfer the customer a good or service in a contract.

Variable Consideration shall mean an amount of consideration can vary because of discounts, rebates, refunds, credits, price concessions, incentives, performance bonuses, penalties, or other similar items

Transaction Price shall mean the amount of consideration to which Hubbell expects to be entitled to exchange for transferring promised goods or services to a customer, excluding amounts collected on behalf of third parties.
