Note : For purposes of the exhibit, the Weekly Part / Locations Counted worksheet was sorted to only represent identified errors. A total of 290 cycle counts were conducted for the week. 15 of the cycle counts resulted in errors.

Note: The Average Magnitude of Errors is based on the absolute percentage of errors for only cycle counts that have identified errors. In calculating the reported Magnitude of Error, the error cannot exceed 100% for any individual error, i.e. a 100% cap is to be utilized. See example below.
