DEFINITIONS

E&O Shall mean inventory which is Excess Inventory and Obsolete Inventory.

Excess Inventory Excess inventory is inventory on-hand which exceeds a reasonable quantity of on-hand as dictated by either open purchase orders, past usage and/or future demand.

GL Shall mean the applicable general ledger.

Obsolete Inventory Inventory which is no longer required for manufacture of products, service parts or performance of contractual obligations or in finished goods which are not saleable.

PBI Shall mean Microsoft Power BI.

Product Life Cycle A period of time which starts when we announce a new product to our customers and ends when we announce a succeeding product.
