POLICY

This Policy requires that all trial balances of the subsidiaries of Hubbell are submitted on a monthly basis in accordance with the Hubbell closing calendar into OneStream and are complete and accurate and user access to the OneStream software is reviewed and monitored on a periodic basis as defined in the OneStream User Access Procedure.

SCOPE

This Policy applies to all Hubbell business units.

PURPOSE

The objective is to ensure the data submitted into OneStream is complete and accurate and access to the system is limited to only a specific user group.

PROCEDURE

Changes to OneStream Metadata are requested via the OneStream Change Request Form. Requests originating from a Segment for Entity, Profit Center, or Cost Center require approval from the Segment Controller, Segment Vice President, Finance and Vice President, Controller. Requests for changes to Account, Expense, Profit Center, Cost Center and Rule will only require approval of the Vice President, Controller. Once completed, the form is sent to the OneStream administrator where the request is reviewed for feasibility and system impact. If the request is determined to not be feasible, the OneStream Administrator will collaborate with the requestor to develop a workable solution. The amended request will then be re-circulated for approval. Once the completed request has been received and approved, the OneStream Administrator performs the maintenance to the OneStream application.

All changes are to be approved by the Vice President, Controller before implementation. Change requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior the Metadata approval meetings to be implemented for the next close cycle.

Changes will not be performed during the month immediately following the end of the quarter. The months where changes can occur are:

February, March, May, June, August, September, November, December

All OneStream changes will be communicated to the OneStream user base no later than five business days before the end of the month in which they are made.

Exceptions to this procedure under this Policy will only be granted by the Vice President, Controller.
