ADMINISTRATION

Roles and Responsibilities. The requesting user must properly fill out the OneStream Change Request Form, which is located in the OneStream teams site. The OneStream Administrator must determine all system impacts prior to enacting the change. The Vice President, Controller must approve all Metadata changes.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Review. 1) Internal Audit reviews are performed on a discretionary basis. 2) SOX key controls relevant to OneStream are reviewed and tested bi-annually.

Exceptions. Exceptions to Policy administration will only be granted by the VP, Corporate Controller.

ACCOUNTING AND DISCLOSURE

None.

REPORTING

None.

DEFINITIONS

OneStream shall mean OneStream a f inancial reporting system used to consolidate Hubbell’s financial statements.

Metadata shall mean the OneStream structure, the OneStream rules file and OneStream shared service security structure.

OneStream Administrator shall mean a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization who is responsible for maintaining and performing all changes to the OneStream application.
